The Heatwave Diaries

It's an undeniable fact - the weather is getting hotter and hotter. We've seen the signs of global warming for some time around the globe, but it's becoming an everyday reality that we're now facing. A few weeks ago, the UK was hit with record breaking temperatures with Heathrow reading 40.2C on July 19th. There's obviously no air-con and our houses love to trap the heat, but you can bathe under the local Co-op's entrance like me (their air conditioning resembles Siberia), or sit in the car listening to 80s tunes taking full advantage of the cool air. We have options people, including a fully stocked freezer of Callipo's and throwaway paddling pools that come up to our ankles! WOOOO!
